Has life got you all bent out of shape? Why not try yoga and gentle relaxation. Your first class is on me.Classes run Mon & Thurs 8.30-10am & Wed 6pm-7.30pm. Starting in Feb 2010- Dru For Two- yoga for couples. Beginners and experienced yoga students welcome. Also one on one yoga therapy sessions can be organised for supporting you with your specific health challenges.
