Beechmont Business and Enterprise Network (BBEN) and B-Fresh invite Beechmont locals to our first ever organic garden tour on Saturday August 29 between 9.30am and 11am at the Summit.

The Trulson and MacKinnon families of Bibaringa Close in the Summit Estate are opening up their organic vegie gardens for anyone interested in yarning about the basics of local growing. This is an informal, down-to-earth, neighbourly process of sharing information amongst like-minded gardeners.

Change in yoga time for Thursday mornings:

Thursday Yoga class now commencing 8.30am instead of 9.30. Due to other work commitments I've had to reschedule the Thursday am class. Please let me know on greatvibes@amaze.com.au if this if going to cause you a problem !!!

Additional Yoga classes starting at Beechmont:

As they say in the classics, due to popular demand , I will be commencing additional classes in the next term , which commences Monday July 13th. The Term 2 timetable will be:

Monday- 9.30am-11.00am

Wednesday - 6.00pm-7.30pm

Thursday - 8.30am-10.00am - Times changed from 9.30am
