HAS LIFE GOT YOU ALL BENT OUT OF SHAPE? Regular yoga and relaxation sessions can provide significant health benefits. Reductions in blood pressure, stress levels and an improvement in the ability to focus and concentrate are just some of the outcomes. A recent study asked regular attendees of Dru Yoga how they had benefited from regularly attending a class. The results were quite astounding.

This field day has been designed for landholders to gain a better understanding of carbon grazing. The session will include an initial information session, followed by a practical field session at a property adjoining the Beechmont Hall. There will be the opportunity to add to the above topics if there is somthing related that isn't covered.
