Term IV for this year is just about to kick off.  The term runs for 10 weeks. For those of you that can't make classes throughout the day, there is now an additional evening class, commencing MONDAY SEPTEMBER 6 AT 6PM. Term IV commences Monday August 30 and the classes are now:
Monday & Thursday 8.30am-10pm
Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7.30pm

If you've never been to yoga before- these classes are perfect for you. If you've done a lot of yoga before you will find these classes a refreshing and different perspective on what you have experienced in the past.
I would love to see you there. Your first class is on me -so there's no excuse. Just bring a bottle of water and a mat. Best to wear comfrotable clothing.

12midday on  Live local music - Confined Spaces; Will Miller and Friends

All day sausage sizzle, tea/coffee, cold drinks

Local stalls - seeds, beauty products, fresh produce, arts/crafts

$10 per adult; kids are free

Every family receives a sample bag of local, organic citrus to take home (while stocks last)
