• Currently works as a Landscape Designer for private and commercial applications filling in the gaps with odd jobs of all kinds.

Bonnie Mackay

Bonnie Mackay has been a Beechmont Resident for 6 years.

A passionate cook and local food producer, Bonnie grows all her own vegetables and supplies excess to neighbours and friends right here in Beechmont. She manages community gardens on the Gold Coast by day and loves to cook exotic home grown dishes for friends by night. Bonnie has recently spent time working and travelling with Stephanie Alexander implementing kitchen gardens in schools all around Australia. She runs local cooking classes for children and adults.
